Locum People are seeking a Consultant Geriatric Medicine to work in Durham long term.
The Geriatric Medicine department within a established hospital in Durham are on the search for a Locum Consultant Geriatric Medicine for a period of 3-6 months initially with a view to extend.
Job Description
- 40+ hours per week
- 10 PA per week
- On-Call TBC
- Inpatient Stroke ward cover
- Hyper-Acute stroke and the management of thrombolysis/thrombectomy pathways
- Management of TIA (Transient Ischaemic Attack) clinics, Stroke rehabilitation, and prevention
- Ability to take full and independent responsibility for patient care Qualifications
- Must be on Specialist Register
